Sharon Yvonne Stone is the sole daughter born to Dorothy Lawson (an accountant) and Joseph William Stone II, a tool-and-die manufacturer and former worker in a factory. She was born on 10 March 1958in Meadville Pennsylvania. Michael, Kelly, Patrick. She is one from three sister. Stone was thought to be gifted academically in her early years and entered the second grade when she was five. She graduated from Saegertown High School in Saegertown, Pennsylvania, in 1975. She also competed in the Miss Pennsylvania pageant and won Miss Crawford County. Stone together with her aunt, in 1977 moved to New Jersey for a modeling job. Stone signed with Ford Modeling Agency a week later. In Europe she spent a full year living in Milano as well as Paris. Stone but was dissatisfied with Europe with the modelling industry and opted to go to acting. Stone appeared in Woody Allen's film "Stardust Memories" in the year 20. The film received mixed reactions.
